The Melbourne team is growing.

With a background in real estate Jon brings plenty of knowledge and experience to the role of account executive, which sees him based in Melbourne alongside regional manager Joe Berkelmans.

Jon spent his first week with Alloyfold at its Mandeville St base in Christchurch, the first time he’s visited New Zealand, where he met the wider team and was formally welcomed in traditional Pathway fashion with a whakataukī, a Maori proverb which embodies the values that Pathway promotes in its work each day.

He says he looks forward to building new relationships with clients, nurturing existing ones to maximise sales opportunities and contributing to Alloyfold’s social enterprise endeavour of supporting Pathway’s social services.

Jon says all of this can be achieved through listening, understanding, problem solving, empathy and, of course, closing the deal!
